Both are great quality. The Sunbrella has a Canvas feel and the Vinyl has a bit more shine / gloss.

Unfortunately the Yamaha G22 DryClub has been discontinued.

How difficult is installation on icon I 20, the bag cover and the side curtains?

It is very simple. You will drill about 6 holes in the roof trim to attach track. Then slide on the track curtains and zip together.

The dry club will not work with rear facing seats. The canopy is installed on a sweater basket.

It will not. The DryClub Canopy is made for 2 passenger roofs.

No. The DryClub Canopy only works on 2 passenger carts with no rear-facing seat.

Yes a strong velcro strap will hold the DryClub Canopy in the closed position when not in use.
