I have a 2004 club car precedent...will this work?

Yes, as long as it has the standard 2 passenger roof.

Does it cover the wind shield

Yes a removable front window is included.  If you have a windshield then there is no need to use and it can be stored in the included carrying case.

When the sides are rolled up do they go under a valance?

Yes that is correct.

I have an EZ GO RXV. Will the universal cover work on mine because I have the attached pull out rain cover on the back for my clubs

If you own your own cart and have a club cover on back we would strongly suggest the Track Style or Hinged Door Enclosure. Both options go in front of the rear roof supports and will not interfere with the club cover.

The 4-Sided Over the top would go over the cart roof and the club cover but the club cover could not be used.

I have external mirrors, will this work with them?

Yes 4-Sided Portable Cover will work with side mirrors. The sides will need to be pulled in front of the mirrors.

Does this cover attach to my EZGO golf cart with Velcro?

The four corners attach under the cart with a bungee and hook system.

Will it fit a Yamaha G19 cart

If it has a 2 passenger roof then yes it will fit a Yamaha G14-G19.
it doesn't work with rear facing seats, utility beds or extended roofs.

Will this overtop cover fit an Evolution classic plus 2 seater

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, our over-the-top enclosures are specifically designed for Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha carts, so they will not fit the Evolution Classic Plus 2 seater.

My EZGO has the top with a hand hold on side in rear, also has a one piece windshield with mount bracket. Will it fit right

all of our covers a desiged for stock carts, any modifications could cause issues.

I have an Evolution 2024, Classic Plus 2, will it fit my cart completely covering my clubs in the back?

The Universal cover is made to fit EZGO and Club car carts

It may not work for the Evolution.

When you say over the top does that mean there is no roof covering?

An over the top cover will have fabric that will go over the golf cart roof versus a track enclosure that will have curtains that slide in the sides without an fabric over the golf cart roof.
