Return Policy

We ask that you carefully review your order before purchasing. All covers are made to order. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which enclosure fits your cart.

Because these products are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the wrong item was shipped or there is a verified manufacturer defect.

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and in “as shipped” condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Warranty/service issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer (DoorWorks).

DoorWorks Enclosure Warranty

DoorWorks provides a limited 1-year warranty on DoorWorks brand golf cart enclosures. The warranty starts on the date of purchase or the date the product is first put into service — whichever comes first.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

What’s Not Covered

  • Abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or commercial use
  • Improper installation or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage while the cart is being transported
  • Damage from chemicals or non-approved cleaners
  • Damage caused by carts that have been modified from factory specifications
  • Labor to remove or reinstall parts

Warranty Coverage Schedule

  • Year 1: 100% of repair/replacement cost

DoorWorks makes the final determination on what is or isn’t a manufacturer defect. Liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the enclosure.

How to Get Warranty Service

To file a warranty claim, the product must be sent back to the original dealer or directly to DoorWorks. Products should be:

  • Properly packaged
  • Shipped prepaid and insured
  • Include a note describing the issue
  • Include proof of purchase

DoorWorks will repair or replace the product at their discretion. Repairs by non-authorized providers may void the warranty.

Important Notes

  • This is the exclusive remedy for defective products.
  • Incidental or consequential damages are excluded where allowed by law.
  • Warranty is not transferable to a new owner.
