Over-the-Top enclosures are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturer defect is found.
If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

• Returns not accepted after 30 days.
• Approved returns: 25% restocking fee + return shipping.
• Items must be in original packaging and condition.
• Authorization required before sending any return.

A clear photo of your golf cart is required with every order for warranty and return purposes.
If no photo is provided, the product ships as ordered but will not be covered under warranty and cannot be returned.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
After that period, only manufacturer warranties apply.

We submit warranty claims on your behalf, but DoorWorks must approve all replacements or repairs before they are processed.

We may cancel or modify orders at any time.
If changes occur, we’ll contact you using your provided details.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.
