Our privacy policy was created to demonstrate our firm and on-going commitment to the protection of privacy of personal information provided by those visiting and interacting with this web site.

We take your privacy very seriously and WILL NOT sell or distribute your personal information to any commercial third parties other than those required to process your order. Also, we never -under any circumstances- store Credit Card information.

Shipping Policy
We ship standard on all orders within the Contiguous United States. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

International shipping rates will apply to international orders. All offers related to free shipping applies exclusively to customers located within the Contiguous United States. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation. Tracking information for your order will be sent once your order ships.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that you clearly understand what you are purchasing prior to buying. Feel free to ask us any questions and we will help you find the right cover for your cart. All enclosures are made to order, and we require a picture of the physical cart for verificationAll enclosures are to fit factory standards and any aftermarket refurbishments or upgrades (such aftermarket roofs or other add-on components) can change the fitment of our products.

Feel free to reach out to us to confirm that your order will match your cart or send a photo of your cart from the side within 24 hours of purchase. However, in the absence of doing so we would therefore have to rely on our policies outlining the terms and conditions upon which returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable

The quoted ship dates are our best guess estimate based on manufacturing times, order confirmations, FedEx/UPS shipping times and other factors. We will do our best to get the product to you as quickly and accurately as possible, however shipping dates are not guaranteed. 

Cancellations on made-to-order enclosures and batteries will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

  • In rare cases if a return is accepted it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping.  
  • Returns will not be considered after 30 days. 
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in as-shipped condition. 
  • Returned merchandise requires an authorization from the customer service department.  
  • Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be communicated to the official manufacturers site. 

Defective and DOA Products
Replacement and exchange inquiries must be made within 5 days of receiving the defective product or they will not be considered.

Shipment Protection Program 
Ace’s shipment protection program is an added layer of security against any potential issues with your order once it has shipped. Selecting this option at checkout guarantees no-cost replacement of any components of your order which are damaged, missing or defective. Additionally, adding this protection at checkout ensures prompt, no-cost replacement of your order in the event that it becomes lost or stolen in transit or at the delivery location. Any claims of damaged, missing or defective components made under the conditions which the Shipment Protection Program was not purchased will be subject to the previous terms of the Defective and DOA Products policy.
