Shipping Policy
We do ship standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States and Canada. We do currently ship or do business outside of the Continental U.S or Canada but special pricing will apply. Any country outside of the United States does not receive free shipping.

Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation and tracking information for your order. If there are any issues, an unlikely event, with your order you will be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.

 

 

Sales Tax
We don't charge sales tax to anyone living in the United States. This is subject to change based on tax regulations.

Return Policy
We kindly ask that you clearly understand what your are purchasing prior to buying. All of the covers are made to order. Feel free to ask us any questions and we will help you find the right cover for your cart. Because of this, returns will not be accepted unless the wrong item was sent or a manufacturing error.

• All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.

• Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be handled directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

• Returned merchandise requires an authorization number from the customer service department.

• Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in as-shipped condition.

• Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be communicated to the DoorWorks Golf Cart Covers official manufacturers site.


To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to jeff@acegolfcartcovers.com. Please provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Do not return merchandise without requesting an RA number or verifying the shipping address, doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:

 

Defective and DOA Products
Replacement inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the defective product.


Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage
In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
