Over-the-Top enclosures are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturer defect is confirmed.
If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies.
Fit issues caused by incorrect cart model, roof style, or modifications are not eligible for return or refund.

• All enclosures are made to order.
• A photo of your cart is required prior to fulfillment.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• All returns require prior authorization before shipment.

A clear photo of your golf cart is required before order fulfillment to ensure correct fitment.
If a photo is not provided, the product will ship as ordered but may not be eligible for warranty coverage or returns due to fitment issues.

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
After this period, warranty coverage is handled directly by the manufacturer.

Warranty claims are submitted on your behalf; however, all replacements or repairs are subject to approval by the manufacturer (including DoorWorks where applicable).

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at any time.
If changes occur, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
