• All enclosures are made to order.
• A clear photo of your golf cart is required before fulfillment.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return-shipping costs.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• All returns require prior authorization before shipment.

Customers who purchase a DoorWorks enclosure must contact DoorWorks directly and register the enclosure within 30 days of receiving it.

Failure to register within 30 days of delivery may affect eligibility for manufacturer warranty service.

• Proof of purchase, product information, photographs, or other documentation may be required.
• Warranty eligibility, repairs, and replacements are subject to approval by the applicable manufacturer.
• The manufacturer makes the final determination regarding whether an issue qualifies as a defect.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and golf-cart information.
• We reserve the right to cancel, place on hold, or modify an order when necessary.
• If additional information or a change is needed, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
