• If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, a replacement may be issued in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
• Fitment problems caused by an incorrect golf-cart model, roof style, aftermarket accessories, or cart modifications are not eligible for a return or refund.

• All enclosures are made to order.
• A clear photo of your golf cart is required before fulfillment.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return-shipping costs.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• All returns require prior authorization before shipment.

If a requested photo is not provided, the product may ship based on the cart information entered with the order and may not qualify for warranty coverage or returns involving fitment issues.

Claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

After this period, eligible service and replacement requests are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Customers who purchase a DoorWorks enclosure must contact DoorWorks directly and register the enclosure within 30 days of receiving it.

Failure to register within 30 days of delivery may affect eligibility for manufacturer warranty service.

• DoorWorks enclosures must be registered directly with DoorWorks within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase, product information, photographs, or other documentation may be required.
• Warranty eligibility, repairs, and replacements are subject to approval by the applicable manufacturer.
• The manufacturer makes the final determination regarding whether an issue qualifies as a defect.

Requests to apply a discount code to an existing order must be received within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Discount codes cannot be added to any order after this 24-hour period.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and golf-cart information.
• We reserve the right to cancel, place on hold, or modify an order when necessary.
• If additional information or a change is needed, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
