Allied Lithium Batteries are the only true “Drop-in-Ready” Lithium batteries for golf carts. Our turn-key replacement system enables you to convert your cart from Lead Acid to Lithium in less than 30 minutes. You can use the same wiring and charger as used with your current lead acid system (however we do recommend our Allied lithium charger.)
This is the only Lithium Solution with golf cart batteries made to the exact dimensions as the Lead Acid Batteries so the installation and the connection points are in the same place. Made to work with any cart that uses 8V or 12V Batteries.
Allied Lithium golf cart chargers are made with the OEM plug-in connectors so there are no special adapters required to charge the batteries.
The set includes either 3 or 4 x 12V Golf Cart Lithium Batteries made to fit 36V or 48V golf carts. Works with 6 x 6V, 6 x 8V, or 4 x 12V configurations. Simply remove the Lead-Acid Batteries and replace with the Lithium Batteries, attach cables, secure holding bracket and the install is complete. They are made to fit right in the existing battery mounts, same size, no modification needed.
Note: 6 x 8v battery configuration will only need 4 x 12V batteries. If you prefer to fill the remaining 2 battery positions we offer empty battery cases for $24 each.
To install remove the Lead-Acid batteries, replace with the (3 or 4) 12V Allied Lithium batteries, reattach cables, secure holding bracket and the install in complete.
Optional empty cases are available to fill any open battery slots.
40 A/H: 15-20 Miles per charge.
50 A/H: 20-25 Miles per charge.
60 A/H: 35-40 Miles per charge.
80A/H: 50-55 Miles per charge.
100A/H: 60+ Miles per charge.
The average 18 hole round of golf is 6 miles.
Also our “State of Charge” meter has an LCD screen that provides you an accurate percentage reading so there is no guessing how much charge remains….similar to a cell phone.
Lithium Batteries weigh approximately 1/4th the weight of the lead-acid reducing the overall weight of your cart by 300lbs. This sizable reduction of weight has benefits for all aspects of your cart to include tires, brakes, and suspension parts. For 6 and 8 passenger 72v carts the reduction of weight is over 400lbs!
No maintenance. That means no watering, no acid and no corrosion. Also there is no need for rubber gloves and safety glasses when handling our batteries.
Allied Battery are sealed which mean no dedicated venting is required. Great for indoor use.
Allied Battery has over 30 years of experience in Lithium and safety. The LifePO4 chemistry used in our batteries is much safer than lead acid which produces harmful by products (lead and acid) that are hazardous materials.
Our BMS (battery management system) will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from any over-charging or under charging of the batteries.

For carts left in storage either for long winters or snow birds leaving their carts for months, Lithium Batteries only lose 2%-3% of charge per month. Lead-Acid batteries will lose up to 33% of charge per month when not on the charger.
Charging – A full charge only takes 2-3 hours versus lead acid batteries that require 10-12 hours.
Lead Acid charger can be used, however our lithium charger is suggested and has the OEM cart plug. No need to charge each battery, just plug in to the port and charge.
Opportunity charging – this means you can top off your Lithium Batteries any time you want without harming the batteries (just like your cell phone.) You can’t do this with Lead Acid without damaging and reducing the life of the batteries.

Lithium batteries under normal use will provide you over 10 years of maintenance free service! While lead acid will last just 3-5 years based on ‘how well you maintain the batteries.
