"Swapped out (6) 8 volt batteries for a new 48v 105ah Lithium ion battery. The installation was pretty straightforward and was done in a couple of hours. Golf cart is noticeably quicker now with the new battery, plus I figure I shed approximately 250 pounds of weight in removing the old lead acid batteries. So far it's been a good experience."

"Converted my Lead/Acid batteries to the Allied Lithium battery and it was super easy plug and play. Installed in an 2022 Icon 60L. I had to make a few modifications for the exterior charger plug and the charging meter, but after that the hook up was super simple. All of our original gauges on the dash work with this set up. Hardest part was removing the 300 pounds of old batteries. Highly recommend this set up. Ace Golf Carts was super helpful and answered any question I had. Great price for the full conversion if you want your original dash display to work."
2013 Ezgo txt install issues
"If there were specific instructions for each style of golf cart, that would be very helpful. You're going to have to cut down the 2 battery tie down tabs that stick up in the battery box on the cart. I used a sawzall but an angle grinder would be easier if you have one. Save your old charging harness because there is a setting for the onboard computer that is a safety setting to not let your cart move because it still thinks it's plugged in. There is a plug adapter on your charging harness that needs to be reconnected to the positive and negative of the battery. It tricks the onboard computer into letting your cart move after the battery is installed."
