Will it fit a 2004 Club Car Precedent and will it go in the extended roof tracs?
Yes. If you have a Dual Track Roof then the track enclosure slides into that, no need to install track.

I have side mirrors on my golf car -- will the wrap version fit?
Yes to use the wrap remove the mirrors and reinstall through the fabric. We use no rip no tear fabric for this reason.

Yes this enclosure is compatible with the Icont I 40 extended roof. Make sure you select that as your cart under the choose your cart type.
